These Terms of Service apply when you use zeroApply.ai and any other individual services provided by Softaar Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), including related software applications and websites (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using our Services you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

Softaar Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a company focused on AI-based Software-as-a-Service, building tools that help professionals land their next job faster.
To use the Services, you must be at least 16 years old (in compliance with EU GDPR regulations) or the minimum age of consent in your country. Users under 18 need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
To create an account you must provide accurate, complete information. Account credentials must not be shared with others, and you are accountable for all activities under your account. If you are registering on behalf of another individual or entity, you must be authorized to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Our Services must not be used for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. Specifically, you must not:
Our Services incorporate third-party software, products, or services — including OpenAI, Stripe, Firebase, Brevo, Hunter.io, JobSpy, and the Gmail API — each governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for these third-party elements.
The optional Gmail integration uses Google's Gmail API to send job application emails from your Gmail address. By connecting your Gmail account you authorise zeroApply.ai to compose drafts and send emails on your behalf using the gmail.compose scope. We do not access, read, or store any of your existing Gmail messages. You may revoke this permission at any time from your dashboard or from Google Account permissions. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Your feedback is valuable, and we reserve the right to use it without any obligation to compensate you.
You may supply input ("Input") such as CV data, job descriptions, and photos, and receive output ("Output") such as generated CVs and letters, collectively termed "Content." You are accountable for the Content, ensuring it does not breach laws or these Terms. You must have necessary rights and permissions for your Input.
You keep ownership rights to your Input and own the Output. We transfer all our rights in the Output to you.
Given the nature of AI, Output might not be unique and others may receive similar Output. Our rights assignment does not cover others' Output.
We may use Content to improve our Services, comply with laws, and ensure service safety. We will not use customer data for showcasing or public display without explicit written consent.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Outputs — including CVs, cover letters, and job emails — are drafts that require your review and editing before submission to employers.
Output should not be used as the sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional career advice. Evaluate Output for accuracy before use.
Incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output does not reflect Softaar Technologies UG's views. References to third-party products or services in Output do not imply endorsement.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Services are owned by us and our affiliates. Use of our name and logo is only permitted as specified in our Brand Guidelines.
When purchasing Services, you must provide accurate billing details including a valid payment method. For subscription services, we will automatically bill the provided payment method at each renewal period until cancellation. Applicable taxes will be charged, and if payment fails, your account may be downgraded or access suspended until payment is received.
Auto-apply credits are non-transferable and consumed at 1 credit per job application sent. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated at purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments made are non-refundable, except as required by law. Local mandatory laws on cancellation rights (such as EU consumer withdrawal rights) take precedence over these Terms.
We may modify our prices. New prices apply from the next renewal, allowing you to cancel if you disagree.

THE SERVICES ARE DELIVERED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) RELATED TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF SERVICE OUTPUTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SHOULD NOT BE SOLELY RELIED UPON AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL CAREER OR LEGAL ADVICE.
WE AND OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WON'T EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR €100. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY AS FAR AS THE LAW ALLOWS.
Businesses or organizations agree, where legally permissible, to indemnify and protect us, our affiliates, and our personnel against any expenses, losses, liabilities, and legal fees resulting from third-party claims linked to your use of our Services and Content or any violation of these Terms.
German law, excluding conflict of laws principles, governs these Terms. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
Before legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal dispute resolution. Notices should be sent to support@zeroapply.ai, and if unresolved within 60 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
The European Commission provides an ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration board proceedings.
All related claims must be filed in the courts of Dresden, Germany, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer our rights to any affiliated entity or successor.
We continually enhance our Services, which may lead to updates in these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through email or in-product notifications. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Softaar Technologies UG regarding our Services, superseding all previous agreements.
Auto-apply credits and document generation credits ("Service Credits") regulate your use of prepaid features. Credits are non-transferable and strictly for use on zeroApply.ai. All credit sales are final and non-refundable. Monthly document generation credits do not carry over to the next billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service Credit balance in line with these Terms and applicable laws.
