Go to your Dashboard → click Generate Documents. Paste the job description (or a LinkedIn URL), optionally upload your existing CV as a reference, and click Generate. The AI produces a tailored CV and motivation letter in under 30 seconds.

Yes — in the document generator, click Upload Reference CV and choose a PDF or TXT file. The AI will use your existing experience to produce more accurate output rather than writing from scratch.

After generating a document, click Choose Template in the preview panel. Browse 51+ professionally designed templates, filter by category or language, and click to apply. Save your choice so it is used for future exports and auto-apply sends.

Open any saved document from the Dashboard → click Download PDF. The PDF is generated from your chosen HTML template with all your data injected in real time.

Auto-apply runs daily (at midnight UTC). It searches LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Google Jobs for positions matching your job titles, AI-scores each result, then generates a tailored CV and cover letter and emails it directly to the company — all while you sleep. Every send is logged in your tracker.

Open the Dashboard → Auto-Apply tab → click the settings (gear) icon. Add your target job titles, select a reference CV, optionally connect your Gmail, then toggle auto-apply ON. You need auto-apply credits to run the feature.

1 credit is consumed per job application sent or drafted. Credits are included with paid plans (10 with Pro, 30 with Elite, 100 with Ultra) and can also be purchased separately. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Yes — go to Auto-Apply Settings → Connect Gmail. After granting the gmail.compose permission, applications will be sent from your own Gmail address (or saved as drafts) so they appear in your Sent folder.

Each job is scored 0–100 by AI based on title alignment and skill match against your CV profile. Scores of 85+ are Excellent, 65–84 Good, 50–64 Fair. Only jobs above your configured minimum score are applied to.

Go to Dashboard → Profile tab → Change Password. You will receive an email OTP to verify the change. If you signed up with Google, you manage your password through your Google account.

Email support@zeroapply.ai with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). We use HTTP-only session cookies, and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. If the problem persists, email support@zeroapply.ai with a description of the error and the job URL if applicable.

PDF rendering uses Puppeteer (a headless browser). Minor font or spacing differences can occur between the live preview and the exported PDF. If you see a significant layout problem, try switching to a different template and re-exporting.

Common reasons: (1) Your auto-apply credits reached zero. (2) All found jobs scored below your minimum match threshold. (3) All found jobs were already applied to previously (deduplication). Check the Auto-Apply Status tab for details.
